momamplified (ma) was founded by mothers for mothers after navigating pregnancy and motherhood while leading in demanding corporate roles. Through those experiences, we saw firsthand how workplace policies often miss the mark: designed for mothers, but rarely by them.

Too many working mothers carry invisible loads balancing ambition and care, identity and expectation while support remains inconsistent, outdated, or treated as a tick-box exercise. ma was created to bridge that gap. We exist to amplify the voices of working mothers, inspire systemic change, and partner with organisations ready to do better.

Our mission is simple: to help mothers return, rise, and lead while helping workplaces retain talent, foster inclusion, and embrace the diversity of motherhood in leadership.
